LUXURY CASINO will not permit a person to participate as a player in an authorized game conducted by the Casino unless that person is registered as a player and holds an account with the Casino.
The Casino may register a person as a player only if the Casino has received from that person an application for registration. The player must register personally and the application shall include the following details:

  • That the player is over eighteen years of age or over 21 in the case of Estonia
  • The player’s identity
  • The player’s place of residence
  • The player’s valid email address

If the Casino becomes aware that a person has provided false information in this respect, the Casino shall not register said person and where that person has already been registered the Casino shall immediately cancel that person’s registration as a player.

The player must register personally with LUXURY CASINO and must ensure that personal data is reviewed and updated regularly

No person under eighteen years of age may be registered as a player and any funds deposited or any money won by any such persons shall be forfeited to the Authority.
The Casino shall, at all times, keep a secure online list of all registered players.
Any one player can only register a single account with the Casino and can have only one single active account opened.

The Casino shall make available to the player the following information:
(a) All the rules relating to authorised games conducted by the Casino
(b) Any relative processing fees that may be incurred by the player

The player of an authorised game shall comply with all the rules mentioned above (a)

LUXURY CASINO reserves the right to close accounts at any time, especially when information is discovered to be incorrect or misleading or when there has been a history of fraudulent abuse.
The Casinos Management retains the right to terminate accounts, confiscate winnings and to discontinue or cancel all promotions at any time, for any reason whatsoever and without prior notice.

Players are solely responsible for keeping their account numbers and passwords secure and secret. It is best practice that passwords should be robust containing alphanumeric characters, special characters, Upper and lower case and must be of a minimum of 8 characters.

Players are free to close their account at any time. To do this they should contact the customer services at support@luxurycasino.com with their request. In order to close your account, your balance must be zero.

Players are solely responsible for any purchases and/or losses that may be incurred on their Player's account.
It is not possible to transfer/sell/acquire accounts from one player to another. It is also not possible to transfer any funds from one player account to another.

If we exclude or suspend you from the Websites we shall have the right to:

  • Withhold payment to you of any contested funds whether such contested funds are deposits, refunds, bonuses, free monies, casino credits, payouts or the like; and/or solely determine what criteria you shall have to meet in order to establish a New Gaming Account, and/or in the case of fraudulent, illegal or similar misconduct by you or failure by you to pay sums due to us.
  • Furnish any relevant information about you to an intra-group database recording such mischief and, if necessary, hand over your account details to a collections agency for the recovery of any sums that you owe us. You hereby irrevocably authorize us to do so in our absolute discretion, and/or have forfeited to us any contested funds that may be derived by you from fraudulent, illegal or similar misconduct.

Please note that when participating in the Jumbo Jackpot you will not be gaming under the remote gaming license issued by the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta and therefore not protected by the Maltese Authorities.
