LUXURY CASINO will not permit a person to participate as a player in an authorized
game conducted by the Casino unless that person is registered as a player
and holds an account with the Casino.
The Casino may register a person as a player only if the Casino has received
from that person an application for registration. The player must register
personally and the application shall include the following details:

has already been registered the Casino shall immediately cancel that person’s

funds deposited or any money won by any such persons shall be forfeited to

Any one player can only register a single account with the Casino and can
have only one single active account opened.

when information is discovered to be incorrect or misleading or when there
has been a history of fraudulent abuse.
The Casinos Management retains the right to terminate accounts, confiscate
winnings and to discontinue or cancel all promotions at any time, for any
reason whatsoever and without prior notice.
Players are solely responsible for keeping their account numbers and passwords
secure and secret. It is best practice that passwords should be robust containing
alphanumeric characters, special characters, Upper and lower case and must
be of a minimum of 8 characters.
Players are free to close their account at any time. To do this they should contact the customer services at support@luxurycasino.com with their request. In order to close your account, your balance must be zero.
Players are solely responsible for any purchases
and/or losses that may be incurred on their Player's account.
It is not possible to transfer/sell/acquire accounts from one player to another.
