* By requesting or accepting any bonuses you agree to all the following terms

* Any bonus (the “Bonus”) granted to a Player must be played through
50 times (50x) by such Player before it can be transferred from his Bonus
Balance to his Cash Balance (“Wagering Requirement”).
* Any Withdrawal requests made before the wagering requirements have been
fulfilled will be rejected until the mandatory amount has been met.
* Wagering on all games will count towards the Wagering Requirement; however
the percentage of Bonus Promotions (purchase included) which may be wagered
on certain games will vary as follows*:
* The Bonus will be credited automatically by our in-house bonus system.
* The Bonus will be paid into the Bonus Balance of a Player’s Casino

* We are aware that the good faith spirit of bonuses are sometimes abused and for this reason before any withdrawals are processed, your play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns e.g. playing of equal, zero margin bets or hedge betting, which all shall be considered irregular gaming for bonus play-through requirement purposes. Other examples of irregular game play include but are not limited to, placing single bets using your entire or the majority of your account balance, where the majority of that balance is made up of bonus balance. The Casino reserves the right to decide in its sole discretion which activities constitute “irregular play” or “bonus abuse” for bonus play-through requirement purposes from time-to-time and to withhold any cash-ins where irregular play has occurred to meet bonus play-through requirements.
* The Casino Terms and Conditions apply to all Promotions and Bonuses. In
the event of a conflict between these Promotion-specific Terms and Conditions
and the Casino Terms and Conditions, the Promotion-specific Terms and Conditions
shall prevail but only to the extent that the Terms and Conditions conflict
with one another.
* In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Casino management will
be considered full and final. No correspondence will be entered into in this

* The Casino management reserves the right to end or amend this Promotion

Only one real money casino account is allowed per Player and/or per environment
where computers are shared and/or per e-mail address.
LUXURY CASINO reserves the right to refuse a promotional bonus for any reason
including, but not restricted to, Player's abuse. Action will be taken against
serial promotion abusers.
If the Bonus remains unused in a Player's Casino account for two (2) months
or longer from the date the claim was made, the Bonus will be forfeited to
the Casino.
Any promotion will follow the above general Terms and Conditions. However
some additions or variations can occur on specific promotions. You can check
any available promotion and the specific Terms and conditions.
If no promotion was given, the player will not have to fulfill these terms
and conditions in order to cash out his winnings.
Players in the United Kingdom and Netherlands may withdraw a maximum of 300 credits when taking advantage of Welcome Bonuses or other promotions.
This may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but any decision will be entirely at the discretion of the management.
